Denmark is the main market for Greenlandic stamps. Therefore, TELE-POST have again this year participated in the 'Stamp, Letter and Postcard Fair' in Copenhagen.

Hjørdis Viberg, head of Philately and TPC in Tasiilaq, opened the show with Flemming Petersen, president of Frederiksberg Philatelic Society and organizer of the stamp fair.

- It was a great experience to participate in the grand fair and it was a great honor to be able to help to open the fair, says Hjørdis who spent two really active days on the stand in Frederiksberg. She continues: - There was a strong focus on our stamps and collectors queuing up at our booth from start to finish purchasing the new releases from 2014.

The new book 'Twelve Greenland Expeditions 1818 -1978', which had just arrived from the printers, were also sold at the stand. It tells of three known and nine lesser-known expeditions to Greenland. These expeditions, TELE-POST have marked with a series of stamps, the first waqs issued in 2003. The latter two stamps in this series show Jørgen Brønlund, Mylius-Erichsen and Hoeg Hagen from the famous Denmark Expedition 1906-1908.
